It’s a 12-week international experience that equips ambitious thinkers with the mindset and skills to launch bold ventures, create meaningful change inside organisations, or lead the next wave of innovation — wherever they choose to make their mark.

WHAT IS THE NEXTGEN INNOVATORS PROGRAM?
A global entrepreneurship program for people ready to build, lead, or launch something new.
Every region has bold thinkers, people with the potential to spark ideas, drive change or build something new. But not everyone has access to the tools, networks or backing to get started.
The NextGen Innovators Program bridges that gap.
Through immersive workshops, live pitch challenges, and real venture-building support, participants develop the tools to lead, launch, or innovate — whether starting something new, or driving change inside an existing organisation.
Over 12 weeks, participants move through two phases:
- A 4-week retreat in Thailand for immersive training in a dynamic entrepreneurial environment.
- An 8-week marketing and growth program in Sydney (or online), covering strategy, brand building, and execution.
This is where future-ready talent takes shape.
Participants leave with:
- Dual qualifications: Certificate IV in Marketing and Communication + Certificate IV in Entrepreneurship and New Business
- A validated business idea or venture
- A growth mindset geared towards innovation and adaptability
- A global network of mentors, peers and industry contacts
- A complete toolkit for launching ideas, leading projects, or growing within their industry
